Hi there,
I am currently looking into applying for permanent residence. I have lived in Quebec for about 16 months. I would like to apply for permanent residence in Ontario as I want to move to Toronto. My question is: Will CIC have any problems with the fact that I have lived in another province for so long or do they actually not bother as long as my application is okay?
I appreciate your help.
