Permanent Residence File Return

Hi,
My PR file has returned due to an error. In the meantime, CIC updated their forms. Now I have to use new forms to resend my file or I send the file returned to me with errors corrected? Please reply.

if they have mark in any field just correct it and send, but it is safest side apply in new form
