Harry I think We are int he same boat.I got a letter from Buffalo on Wed stating that my file is under assesment and they have not awarded me arranged employment points because my work permit expired in may and my arranged employment letter was issued more than a year ago.  The officer gave me a consideration by submitting new docs.  I was able to procure a new AEO, however my work permit is still pending process.  I also submitted my new LMO together with new AEO and proof that I applied for new work permit and that I am still with the company that gave me the AEO.  have you been to this stage? or do you know anybody who has been in this situation?Do you think they will sti;; award me points for arranged employment?
