Hi,
I have got a permanent full time job as a java developer in a reputed Canadian company. I'm living in Canada on a graduate work permit, that will expire in 9 months. I'm going to send my PR application to Sydney, NS on monday. But 9 moths remaining, is it going to create problem for me and my case?

Please advise..

Thanks.

you need to go to cic website and have an account and renew your work permit at least two months before the expiry date of the one that you have.
i have something that I want to say for you and I hope that not bother you.
I see you have a lot of questions and it seems for me you did not read carefully the instructions so I recommend you to read the instructions very well and try to find out a friend or colleague from your country or close to who applied before so he can help you a lot. i did that my self and that made it too easy for me.
All my best
