Percentage Criteria for admission

Dear all,
I want to apply for admission in Centennial College in a PG program [Software Engineering Technology (Fast Track,Co-Op) - 3439] in September 2012 intake.
My educational scores are as follows

X     - 71.2
XII   - 56.2
BCA -  55.9

IELTS overall 7 with no band less than 6.

Can someone please tell me will I be able to secure admission in the above program??
I am worried since my XII and BCA scores are very less.

Please HELP ME OUT.
