Hi,

I got my PER.

CIO said they are sending me a postal mail.

Now its almost a month and still the postal mail is missing. How long does it usually takes?
Also do they send by normal post or any other special postal service?

No the online system of CIO says they posted a letter and I am waiting for it. Sad
