PER, BD Encashed

Hi all,

I sent my total app on 4th of march and received cic on 14th of march,  and i found that my BD was encashed on 29th of march , So shall i assume that i got PER, OR will CIC send me any AOR, plz clarify my doubt.

From my understanding, the nest step is  to either get PER or NER ( i hope not!). Even after receiving PER from CIC/CIO and file transfered to VO, the VO can either issue AOR or still refuse as they also do their own eligibility assessment. So just see the enchashment as the first step of the long and hardious immigration process...and good luck!!
