My finance is in toronto -humber college doing wireless telecommunication course (1 yr post graduation course)
He will be completing his study in AUG'12.

I want to apply for 1 year study permit in saskatchewan in SEPT2012
My fiance will then come to saskatchewan under PGWP

We want to marry there and put file under SINP.

QUESTIONS

1. Can our marriage help us to increase points to become PR ?

2. If one has permanent job offer other than his field of education then can he become PR?

3. During Processing time of PR (Under SINP) if work permit of my fiance expires then ??
