I heard people who overstayed in US, came on business visa B1/B2 entry for 6 months, but they lived many years illegal and then apply canadian immigration and got immigration

My question is that if usa, canada, uk and australis have common data sharing then how they people got immigration

any experience sharing

Canada and the United States are two different countries, and Canadian skilled worker program is designed to attract qualified skilled immigrants. Moreover, overstaying a visa in the U.S. can render someone being barred from entering the United States, but it is not a criminal offense. As long as they can qualify under Canadian immigration, they are eligible to apply for a Canadian PR.
