pending 2004 cases at CHC Islamabad

hi,

i applied for immigration in july 2004. i received request for original documents in january 2010. isent them in march and received partial approval of my case in april 2010. since then i m waiting for medical instructions from chc. i also sent 2 reminders to chc in feb 2011 and march 2011 but there has been no response. now i have requested CAIPS notes. is there any news about 2004 applicants? are their cases still being processed?

Have you checked eCase, there are many approval cases moved to london on 20 April 2011.

yea i checked it on daily basis but its always "In-Process"..............

i dont know what are they doing at CHC islamabad...........?

Can we lodge a complaint to minister.... on this careless attitude of CHC Islamabad.......  ??

I think we should join hands and launch a complaint against them as this delay is really destroying our careers and family priorities....?

today when i shecked my e-case status, i found out that my case has been shifted to london on 20th april. do u ppl hav any idea wat happens next and how long will it take chc london to send medical request? also, how much time is chc london taking to finalize cases

have you taken IELTS exam? there are three important documents: ielts transcript, proof of funds and updated police certificate signed by IG/ DIG office. send these documents as soon as you can to bring your case on track. i received request for updation a few months after i sent these documents to chc.

My dear IELTS I submitted after a month of my case. Other documents like police and
funds they hve not asked. How can I submit it prior to their request?

Dear Noman,

But kindly note the validity of IELTS is only 2 years and if you have given IELTS in 2004 than it is expired now, you have to give it again ....may be this can speedup you process.... Atleast this proactive strategy worked for me last year, i submitted IELTS result, Police Certificate and Proof of fund by my own, without having a requirement from CHC, and within two months CHC islamabad asked me for Original documents .....

Its upto you........., but as per my consultant , there is no harm in it, this can improve the process. or you can order CAIPS notes to verify the situation or remove the deadlock .....
