Hi, i have the latest sponsor and sponsorship forms . Good thing about them is that the data can already be saved in all forms , so last night I filled up almost all the fields on the forms and saved it, i did not fill up some of the fields on some forms, coz i have to verify some info first. So when I tried to complete the forms this morning, I saw that I cannot edit the entire document anymore.

Here are the forms and their "attributes" :

IMM 1344 Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking - version 11-2011- data can be saved, CAN be edited after saving
IMM 5481 Sponsorship Evaluation -version 7-2011 - data can be saved but CANNOT be edited after saving
IMM 5540 Sponsor Questionnaire - version 4-2008 - data can be saved but CANNOT be edited after saving

IMM 0008 Generic Application Form for Canada - version 8-2011 - data can be saved, CAN be edited after saving
IMM 5669 Schedule A- Background / Declaration - version 7-2011 - data can be saved, CAN be edited after saving
IMM 5490 Spouse Questionnaire - version 4-2008 - data can be saved but CANNOT be edited after saving
IMM 5406 Additional Family Information - version 4-2008 -data can be saved, CAN be edited after saving

For the three which cannot be edited after saving, can't they be really edited anymore? I don't wanna have to type them up all over again! Maybe its my Adobe software? I have a free version of Adobe Reader X version 10.1.1.

Thanks!

OK so I just found a solution to my own problem, and I'm just gonna answer my own question as "help" to those who will have the same problem later on

As I read from various Adobe forums, when you are using a free version of Adobe especially Adobe Reader, some forms cannot be edited nor saved. You need to purchase the software. And it should  Adobe Acrobat. So what I did is download Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10.1.1 , they offer free trial version for 30 days then u have to purchase it after. After downloading and installing, presto! My "uneditable" forms can now be edited and saved again! I'll just have to make sure I finish all these before 30 days though =)  Cheesy

Hope some may find this info useful, especially for those not as techy as me =)
