Hello,

I have collected my wifes PCC on July 07 2010, now there was delay to get the IELTS results, may be i will get it in a weeks time, but in CIC its mentioned that the PCC should be no older than 3 months once submitted to Visa office, i am yet to submit my application to CIO so if i do it in the coming week is there a chance for that the visa office will ask me to submit the PCC to them by oct. 07 2010.

Do they consider the PCC if its older that 3 months (a week or two).

Please advise...

PCC is valid for 1 year after submitting to VO...PCC is NOT need ed by CIO.
But when u submit PCC to VO, it should b issued within previous 3 months...so confusing..got it?  so better submit ur PCC to CIO as it will be useless by OCT 07...Cheesy
