hi everyone..
I've applied for PR two years back. In the meantime, i stayed in uk for one year as a part of my work assignment. Now, i got an alliance from a girl having canadian citizenship. Can anyone tell me what are the various documents required for spouse visa? Do i need PCC from UK as well? How can i get as i came back to india 10 months ago..plz help..

Is your PR application still in process or have you been refused? An "alliance"? I hope that means that you have found to love of your life and want to marry her. Yes, you need police clearance from the UK to submit with your application.

I thought you were asking about spousal sponsorship? The forms and guidelines are posted on this link. Make sure you follow the instructions in the Region Specific Guide. Police clearances can't be more than 3 months old at the time of submission.

As long as it's not more than 3 months old AT THE TIME YOU APPLY, then it doesn't matter if you request it before or after your marriage. It just needs to be recent.
