PCC, question for PCHC and KVKP and senior members

Hi,

could you please guide me, as to how to do about PCC

i lived in USA (virginia) for 1.5 Years and  applied from buffalo (Oct08) under FSW and then my file got transfer to NY (Aug 09)

now i am in india, so about PCC, how to get PCC from USA,

can i only send PCC from india, will it do. or will i be required to get USA PCC

is only FBI clearance is sufficient or state PCC is also required,

and to how to get above those, USA PCC

also, if i am living in india now, will PCC from india, will be sufficient
