PCC in Saudi Arabia

Pls. advise. I am currently in Saudi Arabia.  I read in the website

If your application is being processed at the Canadian High Commission in London, you are not required to obtain a police certificate until the London visa office sends you a police certificate request letter with instructions on how to apply.
Do we still need to submit PCC in CIO?

Given that this is one of the exceptions, there should be no need then to submit the PCC to the CIO.   I would just include an explanation on the checklist or on a cover letter and include a print out of the web pages so they know why since the processes are still new to everyone.   Good luck with your application!

Yes you do - we all agree.   Only thing is if you currently live in Saudi Arabia and are applying as a business or FSW, you need to send your application to the London Visa Office (per http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp).

This just means that you don't have to send the Saudi PCC to the CIO with your initial application.

Hi All,

I received an acceptance in principal for my application from CIO and requested to submit my Application with complete documents to London Visa Office.
Considering I lived in Saudi Arabia for many years before moving to UAE in 2005. I need your advise on the following:

1- Should I submit Saudi Police Certificate in my application to London Visa Office or submit my complete application without Saudi PC and wait London Visa Office instruction?

2-What is the difference between London Visa Office and Canadian High Commission in London? Does my case as living in UAE match with the information provided in CIC website regarding Saudi PC?
