I am required to obtain a good conduct certificate from Sharjah.  Do anyone know of an agency or contact person so I can obtain this certificate.  The canadian immigration site or this site is not helpful.  If anyone that has done this, please advise.

If you are in UAE then get it from the address given....other wise you have to get it done from the country you are in ......get the finger prints taken .....get the draft and send to sharjah police....You can also get it from Abu Dhabi as the UAE police head quarters are in Abu Dhabi... My VISA was from Fujairah and i got the certificate from Abu Dhabi....i got the certificate before coming back to india...here is the procedure on abu dhabi police website

Thanks for the information.  I had a reaident visa of Sharjah.  Now I am not a resident of UAE.  If any further information can be provided, I will be grateful.  Thanks.

Dear

Just go to the sharjah police and request them the required certificate , just carry you orginal passport and copies of the main pages that it they will give on the second day or third day

Thanks GAV for this information.  I am not a UAE resident now.  Therefore, I was trying to ask for the most easy way to get the PCC from Sharjah.  I called them up and they are not willing to do it.  Please provide valid information or anyone who has got the PCC from Sharjah can give better directions.

There was one guy here who had used an Agent ( @ Shj) - I think his ID was "aaybe" - plz check his posts a few months back. He had got the PCC w/out residing here.
