Dear Dyaan,

Requirement of Documents are same as listed by you such as Form EAP II, 2 Photo, Original Passport + Copy, Fees of AED 110/-.

You need to apply thru Empost ( I m not aware of Abu Dhabi case) and they will give u PCC in 10 working days.

Before this you need to get UAE PCC without which you will not be able to apply Indian PCC.

Whether the passport is issued in India or UAE, it will not make any difference.

Regards

 @ dyann,
Mr Coolguy is right. If u need any help from Abu Dhabi, send me a PM.I will try to help.

For notary-It is better to send docs to India and get it done from India as one doc notary will cost you 50 Rs max whereas from here one doc will cost u 100-200 dhs min.

Taking UAE PCC is also easy.Go to any UAE police station and they will give it u in 4-5 days(  will reach u thro empost)
