I am currently residing in Canada since 2009.I am from India , Now i want to apply for FSW. I am in need of PCC. Is their any one can tell me do i need to get the pcc from India or Indian consulate in Toronto. Since i landed in here I never visited to India and i have Stamp of PCC on my passport.

You will get PCC from Indian Consulate in Canada. This is a 1-2 day process.

you can apply Indian consulate  @  toronto, visit personaly if you near to consulate, they will issue withn 2 to 5days, once you apply they will tell you the pickup date and time, or you can even choose to sent via post. even you can apply via post or courier but it will take time upto 15days max depend on consulate working schedule.
