PCC for W1 Category

 I parimal. I have received one offer letter from Montreal "Trumech Engnieering Corporation"
 They gave me the check list for the submission of file. I did not get the PCC Certificate from the Regional Passport office therefore Trumech rejected my appliacation so let me know that PCC is compulsory required for the W1 category visa..

IS there any options in my case
