           I want to know if anybody come through getting FBI clearance ,  as i have lived in USA for 4 years  but settled in india from last year so i need to get a FBI clearance , anybody has gone through please share the procedure .

You will have to first obtain Fingerprints on the the FD258 card (check the link below)

Depending where you are residing in India, you may want to approach the CBI office or Police stn for the fingerprints taken by professionals.

If you could let the forum know where you live, then probably other members can direct you properly.
