PCC and medicals - Need urgent reply

Hi Am sponsoring my wife from india and while submitting the package  to CIC mississauga I have attached all the docs and pics and was told by my frnd that i need to submit medicals and PCC once New Delhi asks u to submit is it true .... Or should i submit the medicals and PCC while sending the file to CIC mississauga . kindly advice so that I can either send to CIC mississauga or NEW delhi

Spousal sponsorship packages are NOT complete without the PC and medical.  CPC-M will return the package to you without them.  You have to include them in the package to CPC-M.
