Ok I filled out the PC-1 letter. I know i need to make a copy of it. Then what do I do with this? Mail it to the FBI or to the address in Buffalo

(Im a usa citizen, in the US)

also where do i sent the 18 dollar check ?

1.  You need fingerprints.
2.  Follow the instructions here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp
