hi
i am goning to make an application for FSW this month, and i want to pay via credit card
but i do not have a credit card, i want to ask my brother in canada to fill the Payment Form and his credit cardx info sign and send
it to me,
does he need to send the original payment form or the copt would be ok,

I would think the account holder needs to sign the original payment form.

Yes Pasi is right. Credit card holder need to sign on the payment form. What you can do is send your forms to your brother in canada, ask him to fill/sign/attach the form with application and post it to NS.

Hi aram....

Your brother can download the form, fix the principal applicant's (given name(s), surname), fix his name, signature, amount, and card number. Send that form to you, and you'll send it with your application to CIO.
