Payment the application fees and others.

I live in the US. How do I calculate the payment of application fees? I need to send the $ 1,250.00 in Canadian dollars. How do I send it, by money order or check? Do I do the exchange rate to US dollar and then send the amount in US dollar? Also, my attorney told me I caould submit the fees for th Right of Permanet Resident together. I thought I would only send it if the application ws approved.

SUBMITTING THE FEE:

Payment must be in Canadian or U.S. dollars only. No other currency will be accepted.

The entire fee must be submitted in one currency; do not send part of the fee in US dollars and part in Canadian dollars.

The fees are payable when the application is submitted.

When it says "The entire fee must be submitted in one currency" Does that include my husbands $75 sponsorship fee??? Am I able to submit his sponsorship fee in American dollars???
