We are getting tax back this weekend, my forms aren't ready yet.

Can i pay the fees, just to be done with it, WITHOUT sending off the forms? I'm still waiting for documents etc.

Also, since i am applying for PR+OWP+Rehab, will i submit on a single receipt, or should i use 2 or 3
