Payment of Right of Permanent Resident Fee - RPRF

I have a couple of doubts regarding the last steps regarding my immigration process with the Canadian Embassy in Mexico. I just need to process and deliver the Federal Police Certificate and also make the payment for the RPRF.

When should I send payment for the RPRF? I didn't send along with the Applicant processing fee because I didn't have enough money at that moment. Do I need to wait for the Canadian Embasy to request the payment or is there some way of making the payment before they request it? is it possible to send it with the Federal Police Certificate? Do they take a long time to acknowledge the payment?

I made this payment before submit my documents , if you didnt , you can wait a little bit , they will notify you, actually when I received my AOR  they told me if i didnt make the payment i have to do it, and they sent me the information how pay it.
but I just sent a copy from it , so if you dont have money at the moment wait for the request.

This is the last stretch, the police certificates have already been delivered this week. How long does it take for the canadian embassy to mail me the AOR that has instructions on when to pay them for the RPRF? and after that how long 'till they ask for my passport in order to return it with a canadian visa?
