Would somebody know if we can pay application fees through bank using credit cards?

We wouldn't want to risk paying online anymore because according to the immigration
they are having technical difficulties.  We tried and it failed thrice.

Thanks!

It would be up to the bank whether or not they will take the fees from a credit card, but you'll still need one of CIC's official receipt forms to pay at a financial institution.  You can get one mailed to you by contacting the Call Centre and asking for one, or if you know where your local office is, you can go in and they can give you one there.

When you pay this way you will get back two parts of the three part form . . . the bank keeps the third part, and you get one for you to keep and one to mail with your application - to either CPC-Mississauga or CPC-Vegreville (depending on whether you're applying inland or outland).  Do not lose this receipt - there are no copies to reprint like you can do if you pay online and CIC will not accept a photocopy of the original receipt either!  Also, don't forget to fill in the information on the reverse side of the receipt before you submit it.
