payment link doesn't work.

Dear all,

I got a letter from Buffalo when I asked to add my spouse with my application. There they wrote:


- Processing fee of $550.00 for spouse. Please visit our website for specific instructions regarding fee payments -
canadainternational.gc.ca/newyork/imm/fees-frais_ny.aspx?lang=eng..


The above link is not working. So, I can't pay fee. Then what can I do? and It is urgent. Because my deadline is 10 january.
