I wanna know if it is possible to pay for tuition fees every month or in another way, not by semester.
P.S Im an international student (colleges in Montreal)

You should address this question at the financial office of your university. Same universities will receive the tuition trough instalments, but some other don't. So you have to call them!

Leirbag is right. This has nothing to do with immigration, and is an entirely internal matter of the university.
