Paying the fees

Hello guys new guy here!

I currently have to send my application for a restoration and at the same time resubmit my skilled work permit application, now the thing is that the "paying the fees"(in the Applying to change conditions or extend your stay in Canada — Worker (IMM 5553) webpage) section only says to pay for "Extension or Initial Work Permit" and "Restoration of Temporary Resident Status (due to loss of status as a worker)", my problem is that when I go to the check list to pay for my fees I have a few options and this is where I get confused (In the Payment of fees through the Internet webpage). I am thinking that I have to pay for: Work Permit (including extensions) and Restoration of Temporary Resident Status, but that seems a little too cheap since I was told that I would be paying upwards 700 cnds.

700 is too much if you are processing your work permit thru agency...It is only 150 for you work permit

 Temporary Residence
Work Permit (including extensions)       $150.00
Study Permit (including extensions)       $125.00
Temporary Resident Permit       $200.00
Extension of Authorization to remain in Canada as Temporary Resident (extension of visitor status)       $75.00
Restoration of Temporary Resident Status       $200.00

You pay $150.00 for the WP and $200.00 for the restoration of status.
