I immigrated to Canada in 2010 and accumulated 730 minimum required days to keep my PR status alive. 3 years out of 5 I was out of Canada for a job. In 2015 I return to Canada and apply for renewal of my PR card.
I decide to stay in Canada next 3 years to obtain my citizenship.

So, will they somehow count my 730 days accumulated during previous  5 years or it should be started all over again?

Your total stay in Canada within the five years will be counted. Consecutive residency is not essential to meet the PR obligation.
