I applied for canada immigration in 2004 from PAKISTAN. Now they have asked for original docuemts. At the time of initial application i did not opt my spouse as accompanying me to canada. now i wish to include my spouse and childern to accompany me to canada. i did not pay their fee at that time.
please advise as to how to include my spouse and childern in my application to accompany me?
also how to pay their fees? will it be payable at CHC islamabad or Canada? Can i pay it thru Standard Chartered Bank or i have to pay in canadian demand draft only?

I shall be thankful
Regards

You can include your spouse and any other dependent at this time.
Bank Draft in Canadian Dollars Payable to Receiver General for Canada
You can also pay through Standard Chartered
