Paying fees from Argentina

Hi there people...
It´s taken from the aplication for permanet residens (federal skilled worker)... from the paying fees part....
" In Canadian funds only, you may pay by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.” Do not enclose cash."

Any idea if wester union can do something like that? our banks don´t emit checks in canadian dollars...
Please help me... I´m lost with these!!.-

they can sort you out and help you get a draft in *Canadian Dolls.

Hi, Iam from Peru, and I m in the same situation, Any bank in Peru emit checks in Canadian Dollars, esfendetish, could you did it? hel me plz.
