paying fees alltogether

hi
my qeustion is do i have to pay the whole fees together 1040$
or i can pay the 490$ for permenant R latter on

You can pay it when they request it but keep in mind it may delay your case for 2 months.

Pay everything at once if you want to avoid delays. I wish we knew that before.
