Hi guys,

I think i am landing on a job soon...but wondering like in US for H1 transfers , do we need to provide paystub for the latest employer?

Also, does the US background check involve CC history check and what if my Credit history is bad...(missed payments and so on from last 2 months in US only not in Canada)? Any thoughts???

I am assuming without criminal record the rest should be just fine....the company is forture 500 US company.

My b/g is being checked/verified..only issue i have is my credit history is on toast....
