For survival jobs, on visiting any placement agency one is having option to tell, timings of work ( shift- day/ night) and about choice of load lifting ( heavy or light). Women mostly do packing jobs in factories, like chocolate, medicine, vegetables packing etc . 10.25 CAD per hour is the minimum wages in Ontario.
