Mine changed too to decision made. Does this mean that we should be getting our passports soon? I am hoping! I suggest from this time on we should keep an eye on our return mails. From what I read around, they may send the return mail out any time and up to 1 weeks after the visa is issued. So if our visa is issued today, the return mail should be on the way in the next few days. Good luck to both. |

I suggest from this time on we should keep an eye on our return mails. From what I read around, they may send the return mail out any time and up to 1 weeks after the visa is issued. So if our visa is issued today, the return mail should be on the way in the next few days.

After a long wait, 1 yr and 2 days to be exact from the moment CIC received our application, we have received our PR today. I'm so happy! Although I have question, in the COPR there is a question: Have you any depandants other than those listed here? it says NO, I have 2 daughters and the youngest is Canadian. The only name in the COPR is my eldest daughter which is an accompanying member. When we applied for our PR we have included our 2 daughters in our application. Is this going to be a problem when we flag pole? Am I right in assuming that it wont be a problem as my youngest is already Canadian? I hope somebody can tell me based on what you know. Thanks! |

The visa was stamped march 18 and it was mailed out yesterday. Im guessing that yours will be sent pretty soon! Just got a call today from ups saying i got a package to pick up.

Once decision has been made to application, then how long la consulate to return PPs? Is that mandatory to write same address in sender and recipient in Fedex slip?

I wrote return address on the pre-paid return envopole. If you didn't write address, don't worry; the worse case is they will send it via certified mail as instructed in the PPR email.
Normally they will dispatch the return mail in a few days after visa is issued. My return mail shows no record as of now. I hope they will do it early next week.
