hello! currently im in a dilemma about my stepdaughter's passport. I just learned recently that her passport will expire this april, Im planning to lodge my application this april 15. Im including her in my application, will the CIO and Visa office will return my application if I pass the expired passport, or I'll just made a statutory declaration that her passport will be renewed soon. I cant wait for her to renew her passport, renewal of passport in the Philippines has a schedule and before, it takes us 2 months to have our schedule:( is her passport still be required if were not going to include her in our application, but still we'll list her as our dependent:(
