I have recently received the medical request.

But the New delhi has requested old passport too along with new. In letter mentioned as below

Passports- Original Passport along with any old expired passport for all when the above requirements have been met.

What does it mean?...I have to send all the old passport or I can send only one of expired passport. I had two old passports and one of them has lost.

Kindly help me..I am in confusion.

Dear Deepak1
Staple both the passports together such as the Title or Front Cover of both the passports should be outside.
After doing this if you see your present passport, the previous passport would be upside down.

Just Staple the last cover pages.

What I have understood from your post that you have lost your previous passport and now you have made new passport. In this case the old passport number is automatically mentioned on page 2. ( I am talking about Pakistan)
I hope you have the similar situation.

The CHC is asking about the old passport because as per rules, old passport is to be attached with the new one for a period of 2 years.
As the old passport has your record of movements abroad and visas.

Actually in my country we have to changed the passport in every 5 year. I had  obtained the first passport in 1992 and it expired in 1997 and I obtained new passport(2nd) 1997 and it also expired in 2002 and I have recently obtained new passport.
But now they have request  any of old passport along with new passport.
Now I have only 2nd and new passport. I have lost/misplaced the first one as it was useless for me.
My question is  ,can I just send 2nd and new passport or I have to mentioned about first one too?

The validity of passport is same everywhere i.e 5 years.
Please do not worry about your first passport. Just send the latest passport and passport before this.
They will not ask any questions.
Is your passport "Machine Readable"?

Please read the instructions on the last page of passport, I hope it will be mentioned on the last page about 2 year time period.

I have applied for it and sent my initial application to Sydney,NS (CIO) and now a days waiting for AOR.
