Passport!

My passport going to expire in March 2010.....While i am also going to apply under AINP family stream.

Can it create any trouble..... Because we have to give Reference of it's expiry date in PR Form and have to send it's copy with AINP application while just one years left to its expiry.

Should i send them the new passport or same will work?

Your passport should have atleast 6months validity when you apply for every stage which you actually have.
If I were you , I would go ahead to submit for AINP and wait for them, meanwhile apply for passport renewal with local home office.
