Passport Submission - Work Permit Paper Required???

Hi Guys,

I have been asked to submit both the Immigration medical test results and my Passport within the next 45 days. While sending the passport, do I have to include the 'Work-Permit' and 'Student-Permit' document papers as well?

What ever required is written in PPR. U do not need to submit additional docs. I presume that u have already shared same with CHC which seems comfortable for them and offering u to send passports for visa stamping..
