Passport submission to be stamped FEES?

 Dear Seniors,

 Do I need to pay any further fees to the High Commission while submitting my passports for Visa. I've got the first page of Passport Request Letter from my Agent (Scanned)where nothing is mentioned about fees. After submission of passport how many days the CIC will take to return it? As my agent demanded final installment that proves that he will lose authority over my case after handing in my letter-does that mean that CIC will use my given address/ phone nos. for delivery?

If you have paid the RPRF fees, then no further fees are required for visa stamping.

If your agent address has been used to communicate with your VO, in all your cases, then, I'm afraid that you need to hold your agent payment as your passports will be delivered to his address.

Better hold the final payment until u receive passport back with visa.
