Hello,

I have a dependent child in India and I'm in UK. Can I get the passport of my dependent via post and submit all the passports together in UK for Visa (PR) ?

Thanks!

It's illegal to send passport outside India through. You should ask someone to carry wit him.

SATDXB is right to the extent. It is subjec to approval of Ministry of foreign affairs. Mere authorization letter is not accepted.

You can check with the local authority in India for this.

Once they will request for the passports, can me and my wife send the passports for stamping and later when my son comes here after 2 months then can I send his passport for stamping ?

Is there any timeline to send passport for stamping?

Yes, the time line is clearly mentioned on the PPR letter. So be sure you send the PPs within the time frame.

Thanks SATDXB!!!

Can we submit two  passports at one time and one at another time (both within the time frame alloted). Also, generally what is the time frame given for passport submission?

Thanks.

i think u have to give all passports at one time is there is only one file number, about passport sending i am also in the same frame of mind as u,but if u dont have ne option u can get the passport by hand, best of luck dont worry if god has got u soo close to your dream he will see u further.
