When they send the Passport request (specifically for folks in Middle East), is there any specific mention of "Courier" ?
What I want to ask is that, is there an option for submitting it in London by self.
Thanks

Devil,
You have to send your PP by courier and they will usually send it back by Aramex, but first it will be returned from london to abu dhabi by internal courier and then to you by aramex.

Hi, yes it is.

Just give her an authorization letter for submitting the PP on your behalf.
