passport size photos of the sponor and form 5562E

Hi,

I am a canadian citizen and I'll apply to sponor my spouse

1- should the sponsor and/or his canadian child send with the papers 8 passport size photos of themselves?

2- form 5562E, supplementary information your travels: b) your spouse or common-law partner...is that the sponsor?
                                                                          c) your dependent child 18 years old or older....is that my canadian child?

p.s. I have to fill out form 5562E

The Canadian sponsor and the Canadian child do not send 8 passport photos.
The supplementary form for travel info is only for the person who is applying to come to Canada. The Canadian sponsor and the Canadian child do not fill out this form.

Where is your spouse from? Not all applicants need to fill out the travel form.

I am really grateful for your wonderful posts. I am applying to sponsor my wife and she is filling supplementary form and the section re travel history is for her only not me as a permenet resident, is that right?

Yes, you are right. The sponsor does not need to fill out the travel forms.
