Please could you help me:
 I have received the Request to send my passport for me & my wife for Visa Issuance...after a long 5 years process...and 2 medical exam...
 The Issue my wife is expecting a new born after 2 weeks...
 
Please advice me about:
 1-what type of forms have to fill up in order to add the baby to my application?
 2-How much the fees that have to pay? and when?
 3-Do i need a Medical letter from london office to take medical?
 4-How long usually take to approve a new born application
