I Just Got my passport request a few hours ago from my lawyer, the lawyer asked me if i wanted to send the passport directly to my visa office in Pretoria South Africa or if i should send them to him in Canada so he sends them himself, I decided to send them myself directly as my country is neighbors with South Africa and it would be cheaper and faster (

1- IS THIS A GOOD DECISION?
2- Some Envelope is supposed to arrive from my lawyer, WHAT IS IN IT?
3- How do i send the passport to Pretoria (Visa Office) is there a special way?

Please Help
