Hi,

I am putting together documents to send NYC for Visa stamping. Appreciate your help with inputs on the precautions and filing:

1.) Passports -- I am sending passports for myself and family members, Do I need to place them in any protective cover -- any inputs on precautions etc will be greatly appreciated.

2.) Photos -- Do I need to place them in any special cover..

3.) How to make it organized...

Pls help

If you send them by courier (recommended for safety and tracking), the courier company uses a very sturdy envelope.

I would put the ophotos into one of the passports, to keep them together, since some of the VIsa Offices don't like paper clips.

So picky!!!
