Hi. We were sent a passport request last nov 2010. the letter from the embassy said they will try to return our stamped passports within 90 days. The 90 days already lapsed but they have not returned our passports yet. Sad
I wonder what's taking them so long. anyone here with the same experience?

HI, Pls send the VO case specific query . And ask them if they have already dispatched your passport or not.

thanks! im from the PI. i actually have a consultant but they don't seem to ff up on it so i'm looking for ways. so i can email the visa office?

We are at the same situation...more than 90 days na after my PPR 10/20/2010 and I gave my passport 10/21/2010 until now wala pa rin....what's happening....are we affected with the new rules...? Nag email na ko sa VO Manila In Process pa daw...

Read the PPR letter. It is mostly mentioned clearly that if CHC do not respond with in prescribed time, you have the right to inquire.

SATDXB rightly suggested. Send emails directly and do not wait for consultant's support only

i am in same boat .. its been 6 weeks i sent my pP to NY VO. for my case they mentioned 30 working days. and its 29th working days today.. i am really gettign tensed ..

I am not sure about your visa offices but I know about New Delhi Visa office that they are taking more than 90 days to send the passports back.

In case applicants send a request to expedite the return of PP because they have urgent travel lined up, they return the PP with out Visa
