Hi,

Got my visa approved, and got a Passport request from the Canadian Embassy in Seoul, Korea.

Thing is, I am out of the country, and the letter arrived late, so I only have a short time to send it to them, about a week and a half. They recommend DHL, FedEx etc. as an option to send it to them, but my question is how do I send it, since the address they give is a CPO box, and DHL require a person to sign for it.

Also, they included a waybill with the letter (which my friend in Korea has). Do I need to send it with the waybill?

Aaaah, I feel like I'm finally there, and now I can't even send it to them!  Sad

Thanks
Darin

Hello!

Congratulations on getting positive replies from the visa office in Seoul!

Regarding your question, I believe you have to follow the way they mentioned in their letter. If you are not in Korea now, ask your friend in Seoul to scan the received documents for you. It may help you to figure out whether the waybill attached is important for the visa office.

By the way, could you please let us know how long it took for you to get an approved letter and a passport request from the the visa office? And what is your NOC code?

Thank you in advance!
